Nelson Mandela Children's Fund UK would like to thank St Mary's CE High School for taking part in our mobile phone recycling campaign. The school encouraged students and staff who are getting new phones to generously donate their old ones.

The funds raised from the phones they collected will go to our latest project, which is to build the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital. Many thanks to everyone who donated.

Free School Meals online checking service
You can quickly and easily check if your child is entitled to receive Free School Meals by using this website . After entering a few essential details, the online application process links to the Department for Education system and gives an immediate ‘yes’ or ‘no’ response, and will notify the school.
We would like to encourage parents to apply and take advantage of free school meals while at the same time increasing the benefit to schools from Pupil Premium funding, a substantial amount of which goes unclaimed. You do not need to use this service if your child already receives Free School Meals.
